Mad World allows a variety of domestic and international purchase methods, including mobile payment, credit card, and other types of e-payment.

Once you choose the product for purchase and purchase method, you will be directed to the page for you to enter the email to receive the bill information or the phone number for the mobile device you will pay with.

Once you enter the email or phone number and click [Pay now], you will move to the page for the actual payment.

Please read the cautions for each payment method on the page for entering email or phone number.

Mad World allows you to save your payment method for your convenience.

Once you click your nickname on the top right corner of the purchase page and add payment information on [Saved Payment Method],

you may make quick purchase without entering your payment information for your future purchases.

You may check your purchase record at [My Page (place your mouse on your nickname) → Purchase Record].

If you want a refund for the product you correctly purchased, please ask for help at Customer support.

Please submit an inquiry by entering the order number of the order you wish to refund in [Homepage - Item Purchase History].

★ Please check the following details.

 - We provide refund only for MCASH and products purchased with MCASH. Partial refund is not provided.

 - You must make inquiry within 7 days from purchase to get assistance for refund.

 - We provide help only if all the elements of the purchase can be retrieved perfectly.

 Refund is not available if you entirely or partially used your purchase or already received your purchase from mailbox.

- Subscriptions cannot be withdrawn for products that take effect immediately after purchase.
