The following is the list of the requirements for the browser system exclusive for Mad World.

 - Operating system: Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, or higher

 - Processor: Intel Pentium 4 Processor or higher version that supports SSE3

 - Graphic: 2 - 4GM VRAM (GTX 1060 or higher recommended)

 - Memory: 2 - 4GB

 - Storage: 500MB

In case Mad World is not loaded correctly, the error is usually fixed when the webpage is reloaded (F5).

In case reloading the page does not work, please try one of the following methods.

However, please be aware that we cannot provide help for issues concerning the environment of the network you use.

1. Delete the cookies for the web browser you use to play Mad World

2. Use vaccine program to optimize your PC and clear unnecessary files

3. Close all the web browser you're using

4. Reboot your PC and log in again

There are various reasons why the game may be terminated, and it might not be easy to determine the exact cause.  

Nevertheless, we offer the following list of solutions to help you with your inconvenience.

■ Please check the following details.

1. Use wired Internet connection.

   - We recommend you to use wired connection instead of wireless Internet or hotspot to allow gameplay without disconnection.

2. Change the ingame settings

   - We recommend you lower or turn off the graphic effects of the game, accessible from game settings

3. Reserve enough memories

  - Game may be terminated or disconnected (lagging) in case your PC does not have enough memories.

  We recommend you terminate other programs while using the game.

  - In case the termination/disconnection (lagging) continues, please check [How to perform a clean boot in Windows], provided by Microsoft support.

4. Check your PC

  - Your game may be terminated in case your PC has been caught with malicious code.

  - We recommend you put your PC on safety mode before you run a test for safety.

5. Regularly check for virus

  - We recommend you regularly check for virus with a vaccine program to maintain convenient game environment.

  - Installing multiple vaccine programs will exhaust a lot of your memories, and your PC may be vulnerable to malicious code or virus in case the vaccine programs collide.

  So we recommend you install and use only a single vaccine program.

If you cannot access the Mad World homepage even when it's not going through maintenance,

usually you can solve the issue with [Reload] or [Hard Reload].

1. Windows

  - Press F5 on your keyboard.

  - Press Ctrl + R or Ctrl + F5.

  - Press the reload icon on the top of your browser window.

2. Mac

  - Press Command + R.

  - Press the reload icon on the top of your browser window.

  - With two of your fingers, swipe down on your trackpad.

However, please be aware that we cannot provide help for issues concerning the environment of the network you use.

You may enjoy Mad World without installing separate client or plugin.

In case you cannot access the game from the web browser you're using, please [Reload] or [Hard Reload] your page.

If the methods listed above do not solve your issue, please report it to the Customer Support.

In most cases, the characters you cannot access are stuck online, due to irregular termination of the game.

Usually, this issue is solved on its own, so please log in again after [Reload] or [Hard Reload].

In case your game connection was lost and you cannot access the character you were using before termination, and if [Reload] or [Hard Reload] does not solve the problem,

please wait for 15 minutes before you log in again.
