You may create an account by clicking [Register] at the official homepage of Mad World.

You may also register with your social account (Google, Facebook, Naver, Kakao) or register with an email.

You may link your Mad World mail account to your personal social account.

Please proceed to [Edit Profile] once you log in, and click the icon for the social account you wish to link your account to.

However, please be aware that the account for which you already created a character cannot be linked.

You may delink your Mad World account by proceeding to [Edit Profile] once you log in.

Clicking the social account currently linked will show you a delink confirmation pop-up, and once you click confirm your account will be immediately delinked.

Moreover, please be aware that once you delink your account, you may check your character by logging in with "the account that you created a character with prior to the link."

Example: create a character with Mad World account and use the game → link your Google account → after delinking Google account, you may check your character only upon logging in with your Mad World account

You may delete your account at [Edit Profile] once you log in.

Once you delete your account, you are unable to use the game regardless of platform, and all of your information (game character, items, records, etc.) will be permanently deleted.

Also, your subscription will be canceled, with no bill to rise on the first day of the following month.

Please take caution as the account that has been deleted will be made unavailable for the 30 days.

You may recover and cancel the deletion of your Mad World account by logging in within 15 days from the request for deletion.

Please be aware that you may not recover your account or game information once the 15 days expire.

In case you lose your username, you may retrieve your account by clicking "Find Info" on the login screen.

Once you proceed to find your info, we will send your username and temporary password to the email you registered upon creating your account.

After logging in with the temporary password, please change your password at [Edit Profile].

In case you lost the email you used for creating account, or in case you cannot receive Mad World's information retrieval mail through your email, 

please request for help at [Customer Support], and we will do our best to help you.

In case you lost your Mad World login password, you may click on "Find Info" on login screen to get a temporary password.

Once you proceed to find your info, we will send your username and temporary password to the email you registered upon creating your account.

After logging in with the temporary password, please change your password at [Edit Profile].

We cannot edit your account information without your knowledge or consent.

If you already know your correct login information, please check again that your information was entered correctly.

And please make sure the Caps Lock on your keyboard is inactive, as it will enter every letter in capital form.

You may change your nickname for Mad World homepage at [Edit Profile].

However, this nickname is displayed only on the official homepage; it's different from the character name displayed ingame.
