I cannot use the game properly once I activate the 'mouse gesture' feature on Naver Whale.

In case you use 'mouse gesture' provided by Naver Whale browser, or in case you deactivate the feature while the game is loaded,

you may experience inconvenience with gameplay, with the right button of your mouse identified as pressed, for example.

Since mouse gesture is provided by Whale browser, you cannot force-restrict it so that it won't be activated during gameplay.

Although it will be inconvenient, please deactivate the mouse gesture before you log in, restart your browser, and use the game.

You may report players that interfere with the community's appropriate gameplay or go against our terms of service through Customer Support.

If you make a detailed report that includes a video or a screenshot, it will help us greatly to make Mad World a better place.

If you run into what is suspected to be an ingame bug, please report it through the bug report feature within the game.

■ How to report a bug: Choose main menu (the cogwheel) → Choose Bug Report → Select bug to report → Enter details to report

When you report a bug, we can check it faster if you give us details that include a screenshot.

We will do our best to quickly check what happened based on your report and take procedures as required.

If you find discomfort/inconvenience with Mad World or an aspect that needs improvement,

please direct them to Customer Support or [Discord - suggestions] channels.

Our entire staff will discuss whatever you suggest and do our best to provide you with a convenient gaming environment.

Such phenomenon will rise when you have installed certain plugins to your browser.

Since Mad World is a web-based game, we cannot help you regarding force-stop on the plugins supported by your browser.

You may remove the right button of the mouse from your set of hotkeys, but we recommend you delete the related plugins unless there is a specific reason why you must use them.
